Rotterdam (Klassik.TV) – The "Midnighters" are the "Boy Group" of Classical:NEXT. Not only is every one of them individually the initiator and/or producer of an exciting new way of showcasing classical music. But watching them appear together makes evident that they (maybe also thru Classical:NEXT) have become an intimate group of international activists who share the love for classical music and want to pass it on to a brand new audience.
The international classical music scene couldn’t be happier about such a vibrant energy that is constantly exploring new forms to intoxicate new audience while – obviously – having a lot of fun which is – as Gabriel points out – not at all new in the history of classical music. Maybe, we just got a little to serious in the meantime….
